Service Description

An initial consultation with a qualified physiotherapist. During the initial consultation, we will go through the history of your problem and a range of physical assessments and tests, which allow us to explore the nature of the problem/injury. If indicated and safe to do so, we will always provide you with hands-on treatment on the day, such as massage and other manual therapies, as well as an exercise program to strengthen or relieve the problem area. You will receive your exercise program through an app.
